Parcels will be dispatched within 2-5 business days of the order being received (excludes weekend and public holidays). 

Shipping rates will be displayed upon checkout. Shipping to Australian addresses is a flat rate of $10 standard and $16 express post. International rates will vary depending on location. 

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

AUS: standard post $10, express post $16, and free postage for orders over $110.

NZ: standard post: $18 AUD and free postage for orders over $130NZ

UK: $35 AUD

USA: $30 AUD

Rest of the world: $40 AUD

We offer worldwide shipping, and rates may vary based on your location and are subject to change. During checkout, you will be able to view the accurate shipping cost for your country.

IMPORTANT: By placing an international order, you acknowledge that you may be required to pay import duties and taxes. Please make sure you’re aware of any additional charges that may apply in order to receive your goods. Sketchy Kids are not responsible for these charges.

If duties and taxes are not paid, your parcel will be returned to Sketchy Kids, and no refund will be issued.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns for a change of mind, however in the unlikely event that there is an issue with your goods, please contact us at sketchykidsofficial@gmail.com with relevant photos and we will get back to you as soon as possible to arrange an exchange or refund.
